CIMENTO BRAVO

The joint efforts of two major names from Brazilian industry – the Cornélio Brennand Group and Queiroz Galvão – gave rise to the holding company Cimento Portland Participações (CPP). Its focus was to make “Cimento Bravo” a unique brand and reference in the Brazilian cement industry.

In 2014, a cement grinding unit (CIMAR) was built in São Luís, in the state of Maranhão. With a capacity of 500,000 tons per year, the plant serves states in the North and Northeast, and is already the leader in São Luís.
