Our Strategy
For the Cornélio Brennand Group, the ESG agenda is a journey; a path that has no end point. And the adoption of environmental, social and governance criteria was already present long before the issue became a priority in the corporate world.
Always attentive to the incorporation of ESG criteria into the context of its activities, the Group maintains a long-term outlook, seeking to make a genuine contribution to advancing the sustainability agenda and thereby helping to build a better future.
Our journey so far
It is with great pride that we are moving forward with a strategic ESG agenda that directs our efforts and contributes to the Group’s longevity, always underpinned by our values. An integrated approach to our corporate governance, enabling a transversal and cohesive vision between our companies and a long-term look at the social, environmental and governance pillars.
To reinforce our commitment to the sustainable development agenda, we have become members of the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. In order to align our strategy with the UN’s ten universal principles and to contribute to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda, which supports organizations to work in an increasingly strategic and targeted way on the ESG journey.
