COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
Over the years, the Cornélio Brennand Group has worked intensely to leverage its ability to anticipate, monitor and respond to the risks imposed by an ever-changing world.
In order to boost the growth journey and strengthen the group’s governance, we have developed the GCB Compliance Program – which is based on the values present in our daily lives, respect for current laws, policies and rules.
Reflecting the commitment of GCB companies to manage business with integrity and transparency, our Program is based on three axes, which guide the system and promote upright and ethical attitudes in our routine.
PREVENT
The establishment of policies, procedures, training and continuous communication enables the clear and objective dissemination of expected conducts in the routine of our activities.
DETECT
Through the Ethics Channel, we can identify and interrupt any violations that may not have been avoided by prevention actions. As an additional tool, the adoption of continuous monitoring mechanisms allows us to broaden the identification of possible misconduct.
RESPOND
In addition to defining action plans for constant improvement of the control environment, inadequate attitudes and failures, both identified in the second axis, should be corrected immediately and, when appropriate, disciplinary measures should be applied.
