ETHICS CHANNEL

All employees, customers, partners, suppliers or anyone else may report, without having to identify themselves, suspicion or violation of any provision of the Code of Conduct, Internal Policies and Procedures and/or current legislation.

The Ethics Channel is operated by a specialized outsourced company, which guarantees full autonomy in the receiving, screening and forwarding of reports.

The findings are carried out with timeliness, independence, impartiality and privacy, ensuring absolute confidentiality and the proper treatment of each situation by the Conduct Committee, without conflicts of interest.
