GENERATION G

Are you a giant and able to change the future? Come be part of our internship program! The aim of GenerationG is to develop our next generation who can help us grow and support our business expectations, through a systematic training program from start to finish. There are two intakes every year and it is open to students from any course of higher education.

LEADER

LEADER is our continuous development program for our managers. Each year the track and format are renewed in order to train our managers in the skills needed to lead according to market changes and in line with our strategic planning.

KNOWLEDGE WEEK

Knowledge Week is a week dedicated to the career development of our employees who do not have a people management role. It is a program especially for those who need to make an individual contribution. In a light, relaxed and at the same time very impactful way, our people are provoked to reflect on their career and how they want to conduct it. The program,
which is always linked to the latest developments in the company, is extensive and involves both individual and group activities.

CAPACITA

This is our online learning platform, which was created to provide more training opportunities to our staff. It focuses on both soft skills – competencies related to human behavior that are extremely necessary for professionals – and hard skills – technical competencies – and has both compulsory and optional tracks.

FAZ BEM

Our people come first. And in order to perpetuate this consistent care, the Group has implemented Faz Bem, a wellness program whose objective is to focus on the integral health of its employees, disseminating and encouraging healthier ways of dealing with their environment and, consequently, having a better level of engagement and job satisfaction.

In addition, GCB is a Citizen Company, regulated by Federal Law 11.770/2008. Through this initiative, paid maternity leave is now 180 days, 60 days more than previously. In the case of paternity leave, employees are granted 20 days, which is 15 days more than is guaranteed by law. The company reinforces its care for its people in an integral way, also promoting well-being during this special family moment.

It’s our Diversity and Inclusion Program, which seeks to promote an increasingly diverse and inclusive work environment, with no room for prejudice of any kind.
